Service Description
HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training, a fun and intense way to get your heart rate up and fat burning while building muscle! If you are hesitant on committing to a monthly plan and would like to try out our fun hit sessions this is a perfect stepping stone in your fitness journey. ALL training sessions include a warm up and cool down.
Cancellation Policy
FOR ALL SERVICES: Please give us a one day notice in advanced if cancellation is needed along with your reason of cancellation. No call no show is an automatic loss of session/service and deposits are non-refundable. There is a 10 minute grace period given, if for any reason you are over the 10 minute grace period contact us to reschedule your booked service. If you are unable to reschedule the required deposit set will be kept from any booked service. FOR TRAINING PACKAGES: Only one (1) session per month can be made up within thirty (30) days of monthly training package.
